What is Kino Galicia
KINO GALICIA is an international laboratory of film creation born to link all the persons involved in the film industry.
During the week-long creative meetings short films are made, implementing the philosophy of collaboration.

Passionate and highly knowledgeable of the international movement of independent filmmakers Kino, present in more than 80 cities in the world.
Technical skills
- Very good knowledge of the technical means of manufacturing (filming, post-production, graphics, sound, etc.)
- Control of costs related to these means
- Very good ability to analyse an artistic project from the perspective of production and cost management
- Excellent knowledge of the technical means available, as well as any technical service providers
- Knowledge of prices and negotiation margins
- Good knowledge of a pool of technicians and creatives who can intervene on a project
- Mastery of the main legal fields relating to audiovisual production (copyright and neighbouring rights, the chain of associated rights; image rights; labor law; main types of contracts)
- Proficiency in professional and technical English, Spanish and French

- Capacity for open discussion with a project leader (director in particular)

As general coordinator of Kino Galicia
Passionate and highly knowledgeable of the international movement of independent filmmakers Kino, present in more than 80 cities in the world.
I have participated in Kinos from Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Uk, Belgium, Finland and Spain among others.
I wanted to bring this concept to Galicia, Spain .
I proposed my initiative to Rosa Vazquez, a Spanish- Swiss journalist living in Santiago de Compostela
Together we created the association and worked hard to make possible KINO GALICIA.
- I have transferred to Rosa my vision and validated our international brand image as well as the general and specific organisational concept of this international meeting, full of creators from all over the world, who gathered in Santiago de Compostela to make and project the films made during KINO GALICIA 2018 and KINO GALICIA 2020 ( I and II international short film creation marathon)
- With Rosa we did all the dossier preparation, the financial research, the contact and relationship with the leaders of the brands and public institutions, we found and prepared the Kinolab, the hotels and all the necessary logistics to enable the harmonious development of the event.

Kino Galicia Logo and Brand
Kino Galicia is an international laboratory of film creation . A place where young creators from all the world are Welcome .
Kino (in german) means cinema .
Galicia is the place where Kino Galicia is based.
This region of Spain is known by its beautiful coast .
The flag colours are blue and white.
When I create the Kino Galicia Logo I had in my mind all this elements .
Our Brand colours are blue ( Galician flag, sky, ocean), white (freshness and purity) yellow (creativity and warmness) and black(professional and serious)
